  Excellent staff that just don't seem to leave. Parcel collection can be very quick once they get to know you (no ID).

  very rude and useless staff/ pickup experience. I got a text to collect my parcel in early morning and went to the parcel collect almost near closing hour, and i was told by the staff at the window' come back tomorrow, we dont have time to prepare the parcels, cant you see there are like 200 parcels piling there?', in very arrogant tone. I was very shocked since it was my first use of such service and i got such experience. How can they be so rude? Is there a way to collect employee reviews to their annual bonus????

  Relentlessly horrible staff who seem to go out of their way to make it a lousy experience for the customers. Belligerent, ill informed and can l make sure that your parcel is sent by in a slower more expensive way.

  2. I go to the Post Office parcel pickup on Sat mooring and the line goes around the block.

  1. I work 9-5 Mon - Fri. These are the exact hours that the post office parcel collect is open during the week. If I get a parcel slip on Monday by Friday they will send me a 1st reminder.
